Sundance Utah
March 7th, 2007It is Tuesday afternoon and I am in Sundance UT visiting with my mentor and friend Ron Zeller. The Zellers live in a wonderful home located across from the water fall. The views from the high window in the kitchen are breath taking.
Ron is one of the most amazing men I know he is 75 years old and the man is full of life, energy, health and desire to do as much as possible specially in the world of helping people to discover what is their passion in life. When Ron was 65 years old he called me one day and asked me to coach him in running because he wanted to run the Wasatch 100 ultra-marathon. We worked for months every week running between 20 to 30 miles at a time. Sometimes in the day sometimes in the middle of the night. The man amazing during the training runs. On the day of the race I run with him the first 75 miles and a friend of us run with him the last 25 miles. He finished the race under 36 hours with about 35 minutes to spare.
